Dr. Khalid Alkhazraji
Chairman
Dr. Khalid Alkhazraji holds extensive knowledge and experience in teaching, starting and managing entrepreneurial ventures. Aside from having been created several start-up businesses, currently he is an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the MBA program at the UAE University and owner of a private business.
Dr. Alkhazraji is a former Deputy Minister of Labor in the United Arab Emirates. He started his career as an Assistant Professor of Management in the School Business and Economics at the UAE University. During his tenure at the University, he held several posts among them – Chairman of the Department of Business Administration, Associate Dean of the School of Business and Economics, and a member of the University’s Supreme Council.
He served as a member of the Board of Directors in several government and private institutions and was the Deputy Chairman of Majid Al-Futtaim Retail which owns and operates several Carrefour stores in the GCC, Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa markets.
Currently, Dr. Alkhazraji is the Chairman of Al Kawthar Investment LLC and Dania Property Management and Consultancy. He is a Board Member of Khaleeji Commercial Bank (Bahrain) and a member of the Board of Trustees of Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government and the University of Dubai.
Eng. Khalifa Al Falasi
Vice Chairman
Eng. Khalifa Al Falasi is the Vice Chairman of Al Kawthar Investment LLC. He is an Industrial Engineer who graduated from Florida International University, U.S.A. He has been a part of Emirates Industrial Bank for more than 20 years. He is also the Vice-Chairman of Dania Property Management and Consultancy LLC.
Dr. Abdulqader Al Emadi
Managing Director
Dr. Abdulqader Al Emadi is the Managing Director of Al Kawthar Investment LLC. He received his Masteral Degree of Educational Psychology in University of Indiana in USA and his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Hull University in England.
He worked as an associate professor at U.A.E. University and also held the position of Assistant Dean for Student Affairs in the Faculty of Humanity and Social Sciences. He also taught several courses such as Educational Psychology, Mental Hygiene, Psychology of Personality and Critical Thinking. He is also the former Secretary General of the Department of Psychology Committee for the Gulf Cooperation Council States.
Dr. Al Emadi also published several articles in international journals. He has participated in several workshops and lectures for government organizations and in several international conferences in Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada and New York. He is also one of the translators of the book “Self-Theories: Their Role in Motivation, Personality, and Development” and co-author of “Educational Psychology and Its Applications”.
